Dialing instructions for V247 Phone Card

  • Step 1: Dial the V247 phone card Local DID or Toll Free Access number
    • In Canada- Dial the V247 Local DID or Toll Free Access number
    • In Vietnam- Dial the Vietnam DID Access number

  • Step 2: Enter your PIN number
    • The operator will state your available credit

  • Step 3: Enter the destination phone number
    • Calling a land line number overseas:
      • Dial country code + area code + phone number + “#”
    • Calling a mobile number overseas:
      • Dial country code + phone number + “#”
    • Calling a Canada or U.S. number:
      • Dial 1 + phone number + “#”

  • Do not press the “TALK” or “SEND” keys after the destination number.
  • U.S./Canadian calls- Must dial "1" before number.
  • Overseas calls- It is no longer necessary to dial "011". Please dial country code + number.

    • Example: Calling from San Jose, California, to a landline in Dong Nai province,
      Vietnam (84) 61.366.8855.
      • Step 1: Dial V247 phone card Local DID Access number for San Jose,
        California (408-213-1821).
      • Step 2: Enter your PIN number
      • Step 3: Enter country code (84) + province area code (61) +
        phone number (366.8855) + “#”
